CLASSIC SPACING INTENSIFIES
These are bits of custom glass from store.bricklink.com/GFG
minireview:
Those large blue panels on the left would be perfect for a classic space building, or maybe a large ship, if they came with trans-yellow glass bits instead of default dark blue. Well, with a bit of Canadian space internet magic, here we are.
Trans-yellow windshields shown for color comparison. GFG glass is slightly darker, but not by much; close enough I think. These pieces fit those panels perfectly, in fact maybe a little too perfectly: they're a hair larger and thicker than the trans-dark-blue Lego originals, and I'm not sure I'll be able to remove them without cracking.. that's really the only downside.
And that they are kinda pricy. Ouch.
At least, that concludes my bricklink shopping for shiptember, all done.
