Carbonic Monster

As the cold of winter grips

What looks like water drips,

from the furnace

this creature slips.

 

Carbonic acid drips,

frozen fast from the

breath of winters lips.

 

The by product

of warmth,

drips a water t

hat should not

touch our lips.

 

Deadly are these frozen drips

never should they pass our lips.

 

Stay warm,

as the cold wind nips,

but avoid the water

that drips.
