Open Data Training in Northern Uganda with NUMEC

In early July 2014 we met with members of the Northern Uganda Media Club (NUMEC) to discuss the Peace Recovery and Development Plan (PRDP) and how OpenData can facilitate better monitoring of the Plan alongside greater citizen participation and service delivery monitoring. Training was carried out by AidData Summer Fellow Emily Mullins who was hosted by CIPESA.
