Gas Station Update

Remodel, Week 23

 

For day two of this latest Sam’s update, we’re beginning outside, so we can get a check-up on the fuel center repaint. Thankfully, my last photo on this subject seems to have jinxed a repaint of the clashing green roof into fruition, so that’s a good thing! However, I’m still not sure if the new dark gray color is much better in the “non-clashing” department :P Regardless, it’s still an improvement! Not pictured on the right is that the very end of the fuel center roof (closest to the parking lot) was still green on this November 25th visit… maybe Sam’s is going to leave it that way for a few weeks, like that brown section on the back of the building after the rest had been painted gray :P

 

Also featured in this shot is the side of the Wendy’s outparcel. Hiya, Wendy! (Fun bonus story regarding Wendy’s in Hernando: first, there was this. Then yesterday, I just discovered this XD )
