After showing the image elsewhere the location has been identified as possibly Market Harborough.
This picture is believed to have been taken between 1964 / 1965.
This pic is one of many photographs I've purchased for mere pennies or sometimes a few pounds over the years via different internet auction sites.
These pics have no copyright stamp etc so after spending some time cleaning the images up I now feel it is time to show them and not let the collection just hide away.
