U1 - Coldfire MCF54415 - 250MHz 32bit microprocessor

U3 - NT5TU128M8HE - 1Gb DDR2 SDRAM (probably powered from the supercap via the switchmode PSU next to it to gain nonvolatile storage without the expensive (and small!) magnetic NVRAM used in their "Analog"-series devices.

U5 - S25FL128S - 128Mbit SPI flash memory (firmware boot)

U8 - presumably some sort of flash memory (+Drive)

U14 - AK4621 - 24-Bit 192kHz Stereo Audio CODEC

 

Two Si8660 (six channel optical isolation) separate the codec and analog I/O from the digital side.
