Displacement/Distance and Speed/Velocity (1/3)

Displacement and Distance are both measured with a ruler, and can be measured in miles, meters, km, etc.

Velocity and Speed are both measured in something like m/s, miles/hour, km/hr, etc. The equations for calculating speed and velocity are nearly the same.

What's the difference? With speed we do not care about direction. With velocity we do. Let's see how this plays out in a real-life problem
