Tiki Beach Sunset, Buffalo Games, 2000 pieces, 08/29/2019

Artist : Aimee Stewart

Days to Complete : 22

BG 2094

This was a fairly difficult puzzle. Usually I don't need to reference the box much but with this puzzle I literally needed to look at the box for every piece. In fact I cut a small square out of a reference card and laid it on the box image to show me exactly what the piece would look like.

Books listened to were "Why Zebras don't Get Ulcers" and "Primate's Memoir" all written by Robert Sapolsky, who is a Professor of Biology at Stanford University. I also listened to several lectures by Professor Sapolsky on youtube related to Human Biology. All very interesting.

Eeyore - Why did you take so long to do this puzzle? Do you realize you have a goal of finishing 24 puzzles this year? At this rate you'll never complete the goal.

Me - I had to get my garden weeded, which took a week or more and I lost a day or two when I got a bad reaction to the shingles vaccine.

Eeyore - Ok, so what's going to be your excuse next time you miss the deadline?

Me - Oh, hmmm, I still have to do my taxes and I still have some more weeding to do around the pool area and on the side of the house.

Eeyore - May I suggest you do an easier puzzle next time?

Me - Good point. Something easy and low brow, how about Tropical Paradise? This shouldn't take more than 12 days to do. The weeding and taxes should only take another 10 days.

Eeyore - At this rate you'll never finish 24 puzzles this year

I choose this puzzle because it looked easy.
