Sandwich - The Salutation
The front door.
The Salutation was built to the designs of Edwin Lutyens in the years before World War One. The house takes its name from an inn that formerly occupied part of its site in the centre of Sandwich.
Following a couple of years of restoration and rejuvenation The Salutation's garden is now open to the public.
