PhotoADay2013: 7 Jan 2013 ("Street")
For the last couple of semesters, Ben and I have been enjoying the opportunity to carpool on the days on which I'm on the JCCC campus. 1&1 is just down the street, so I drop him off on my way to campus. This is the view from the front of 1&1, which looks out onto I35 (the northbound lanes are the closer ones).
I love being able to carpool... it ends up being almost 40 minutes of extra time together each day we get to do it, and leaving at 6:30 a.m. to make it to campus for office hours at 7 a.m. is much easier with someone to talk to in the morning. Sadly, because of my teaching schedule this spring, we won't be able to carpool much (if any). I have a MW night class. Hopefully we can still work out a Friday carpool schedule for some weeks.
