This is the view to the East, up the Embudo trail into the Sandias from the parking lot at the Embudo Trailhead at the East end of Indian School Rd.

 

Why so many pics from the parking lot? This is about a 25 minutes ride (which means I can get there and back on a lunch break, but not do any hiking.)
