The end is nigh for the 5 remaining unique Scania N230UD/OmniDekka's in the Metrobus fleet, as fleet standardisation means that Enviro 400's of a similar age made redundant from other routes are replacing these OmniDekkas.
Sad to see these beasts leave but the writing had been on the wall for some time.
Metrobus 952 (YN07EXO) is seen in Purley in its last few weeks in service. This bus will be withdrawn by the end of November at the very latest.
OmniCity's 955-957 were the first to leave the fleet, being replaced by New Cross's E96-E98 and they have since been sold to Al's Travel in Liverpool
