A brand new Delaware State Police Ford Explorer Utility is spotted parked at Troop #1 in Wilmington. I was told that each Troop is getting one of these vehicles for Troopers to use and help determine whether or not the agency will purchase more. Currently, the Delaware State Police consists mostly of Chevrolet Tahoe's.
