I retired to Florida in 2011. I've enjoyed bird watching for years and Florida is a great place for birding. A few years later I decided to pick up my old hobby of photography. I upgraded my equipment a little bit and began enjoying the hobby again. I live in SW Florida a few miles from the Gulf Coast. The variety of birds is endless and I'm having a great time tracking them down and learning how to photograph them.
