Hi all,

My name is Niels. I live in Copenhagen. I started making theme cakes a few years ago when my daugther was born. My wife loves to bake and I thought it would be fun decorating them. So now my wife bakes the cakes and I decorate them. I make cakes for birthdays of friends and family, so I only make between 6-12 cakes a year - I am a complete amateur.
