I live in rural Oklahoma (Comanche County near the Wichita Mountains) with my five year old daughter, Riley. I work as a paraoptometric for an optometrist in a city thirty miles from home. I went to college to study English Lit and Creative/Pro. writing. I enjoy many things, such as reading, writing, and anything that challenges my creativity. I have recently found myself interested, once again, in photography. Having an adorable toddler on your heels night and day does that to some people. The majority of my photos that are posted here are not SOTC. I use Photoshop CS3 to edit the photos. Sometimes I use actions, other times I just wing it. Feedback is greatly appreciated. Up until September 2009, all of my pictures have been taken with a Fuiji Fine Pix point and shoot. Mid-September 2009, I finally got my dream, the Canon Rebel XS. I am in heaven. Expect to see photos constantly in the near future! lol Nothing compares to relishing to beauty of the world we live in. ♥♥♥
