I'm a Graphic Designer by day and a photographer when I get the chance (not as often as I'd like!) I owned a few 35mm SLRs when I was a teenager and student but got sick of processing film/waiting for pictures. I couldn't afford a DSLR so just used compacts for a few years. Finally got a Nikon D40 before Christmas and am back into the swing of things. I have a few old lenses (eg 50mm f1.8) which are really great although tricky to meter and focus on the D40.

My favorite things to photograph are people (mostly candid) and anything vintage, especially anything that is rusty/decaying. I'm really into TTV at the moment having been given a Duaflex II for Christmas.
