Inspiration for my work comes from memories of places I have visited. Then I retrace, relive images and feelings of these spaces and with these ideas in mind I recreate these in a minimalistic way that leaves the essence of the place or object in paint or print.

I also create artworks for museums and heritage sites using a variety of media and have been selected to work in a team of local artists helping to interpret the collections for the public at Shrewsbury Museum and Art Gallery.
