The den is my sewing room.

I have had my sewing machine up since college.

My fabric collection is huge. A lot is in the garage now.

I collect sewing books, children's book, sewing patterns, quilt patterns.

I used to sew cloth dolls and mohair bears.

We live on an acre and have chickens.

I love to listen to NPR.

I bake often (cookies and fruit breads).

I can't leave the house for a trip of any kind unless I have something to work on: crochet, embroidery, applique etc.
