Okay. I'm not heroic. And I'm not exceptional. I'm just a happy guy who's been very lucky for many reasons. On the other hand, I've lost most of my hair. How's that?

Okay. I'm just an average guy who enjoys the simplest things in life: a cold glass of freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice in the morning, a long walk on a sunny spring day, a long meal with good friends, unrestrained laughter. My wife is the reason. My kids are good excuses.

I obsess about silly things.
