I have been collecting Department 56 Halloween series since 1999. The first time I saw Grimsly Manor I was hooked! I started making more elaborate Halloween Village displays in 2012 with foam board and haven't stopped since. I always have a display being worked on in the garage and look for inspiration everywhere.
